Under the watchful eye of a towering figure, perhaps a giant or a symbolic oppressor, a modest nipa hut offered refuge. Outside, a brave Katipuneros carried a wounded comrade, rushing towards its sanctuary. Inside, the compassionate Melchora Aquino, "Tandang Sora" became a beacon of hope amidst the brutal revolution.

She tended to the wounded and sick, her hands gently dressing bandages, offering comfort and care. Her hut transformed into a clandestine hospital, a haven where weary fighters could recover, find sustenance, and renew their spirit to continue the struggle for the Philippine independence. Tandang Sora's selfless acts earned her the title "Mother of the Philippine Revolution".
